MEET KENAN: COOKING BEGINS AT HOME
Born in Berlin, Germany to Turkish and Latvian parents, I was exposed to multi-cultural environments on my culinary journey to being a private chef.
I love to keep my cooking colourful, fun and exciting. I was always surrounded by feel-good food like shashlik and I remember my mother teaching me how to make grauzdini, which are crispy garlic black bread sticks.
I hope to bring the same excitement and wonder that I felt for my mother's cooking and entertaining by providing high-quality dining experiences full of wonderful flavours, exquisite dishes and exceptional service.
I hope to spark magic and bring fun back to food.
